Unicorn Systems a.s., Co. Reg. No.: 25110853, with registered offices at V Kapslovně 2767/2, Prague 3, 130 00 in the role of personal data controller as per Article 4, sub-section of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR"), issues this statement on the protection of personal data.
Through this statement, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data, on our protection procedures in relation to the products and services that we offer and provide (especially SW development, support and service, sourcing, consultation, etc.) as well as on data processing that occurs when you visit this website or any additional processing of your personal information.
The purpose of this statement is to provide you with information about what personal data we collect, how we use it and from what sources do we obtain it, what we use it for, who we provide it to and how you can find out what personal data we process specifically about you. This statement shall apply to certain companies interconnected with Unicorn Systems a.s., i.e. controlled by Unicorn Systems a.s. in the sense of § 74 et seq. Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations (Unicorn Business Systems a.s., Unicorn Cloud Systems a.s., Unicorn Grid Systems a.s., Unicorn Market Systems a.s., Unicorn Systems HSI s.r.o., Unicorn Systems NL b.v., Unicorn Systems NO AS, Unicorn Systems UA o.o.o., Unicorn Systems a.s. - Zweigniederlassung der Unicorn Systems a.s., Praha) as well as the websites, domains, services, applications and products of these companies. This statement should also clarify how we ensure and maintain the confidentiality and security of all your personal data.

We want you to know that we handle your personal data with due care and in accordance with applicable law. Your personal data is protected to the fullest extent possible.
- Legality and transparency
We process personal data in a transparent way on the basis of legal titles, in particular processing under a statutory obligation, in order to fulfill contractual obligations, on our legitimate interest or on your express consent. - Integrity of data and purpose limitation
We use your personal information solely for the purposes stated at the time of its acquisition or for other related purposes in accordance with the law. We want to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of personal data. - Minimization of personal data
We only require personal information that is relevant to the purpose for which it is processed. - Access to data
You have the ability to contact us at any time to review, add or remove personal information you have provided us with. - Security of personal data
We process your personal data to prevent any unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, unauthorized processing, and other misuse of personal data. We implement control procedures to secure information in our own applications, while offering products and solutions that deliver high data security.
- Identification and address data: academic title, name, surname, date of birth, contact address, place of business, IČO, DIČ
- Electronic contact information: mobile phone, e-mail address
- Other electronic data: a website from which the visitor has a website of Unicorn Systems a.s. visited, anonymized IP address, access date and access time, any visitor's query, http response code, transmitted data group, browser data, access country, internet provider, screen resolution, and visitor computer's web site's operating system.
- Other necessary data for performance of the contract: Bank account number
- Other personal data from web forms: job title, company, industry, area of interest, country, and other data from questionnaires or feedback forms
- Other personal information provided by our clients: on the basis of contracts, additions or other documents concluded to provide our products and services.
- Compliance with legal obligations
In some cases, we are required to process personal data by law. We are also required to keep your personal data on the basis of controls by the state authorities or other regulators of the Czech Republic, the European Union and, where applicable, other Member States. - Performance of contractual obligations
We also process the data in order to fulfill the contractual obligations of both parties, in particular to ensure that the contract is concluded and duly completed. - Legitimate interest
In some cases, we process your personal data on a legitimate interest, especially for security and administrative reasons. We process such data only on the assumption that your rights do not outweigh our legitimate interest. In order to be able to process on a legitimate interest basis, we always perform a balance test to determine whether we are authorized to do so. The legitimate interests are mainly administrative purposes, health protection and property protection. - Based on consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes
If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data, we can send you newsletters, informative messages, offers, invitations to events, seminars, conferences, etc. Consent to this processing of personal data is completely voluntary and can be revoked at any time by sending a notice of revocation of consent in writing to the address of the registered office of Unicorn Systems a.s. (see contacts), as well as by email by clicking on this link: here. The given consent can also be revoked by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the sent newsletter or advertising message. Unicorn Systems a.s. cannot send advertising messages without prior consent.
The provided personal data is processed for a period that is compatible with the purpose of processing the personal data. We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, for legitimate and necessary business purposes, such as making business decisions, complying with our legal obligations and resolving disputes.

Your personal data may be transferred to the following processors to fulfill the above purposes:
- Plus4U Net a.s. in order to provide cloud storage
- VIG Production s.r.o. for the purpose of organizing events (e.g. Christmas concert, seminars, conferences, etc.)
- Plus4U Base s.r.o. for the purpose of sending e-mails
- Marketing Zone s.r.o. for the purpose of providing e-mail services
- In connection with sending newsletters, we also provide your personal data (specifically, e-mail address) to SmartSelling a.s.
We always have a personal data processing agreement with these processors containing the same data processing safeguards as are complied with in Unicorn Systems a.s.
Right of access to data: If you have any doubts as to which personal data we are processing about you, do not hesitate to contact us.
You have the right to know exactly what we do about you, ie:
- for what purpose we process your personal information,
- the scope of personal data,
- the amount of time your personal information will still be processed,
- personal data sources unless we have received your personal information directly from you and
- the fact whether automated decision making, including profiling, occurs.
We will provide you with this information in general in electronic form.
Right of repair: You have the right to have Unicorn Systems a.s. without undue delay, corrected incorrect personal data that concern you and you have the right to complete incomplete personal data (including the provision of a supplementary statement).
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You have the right to delete your personal information if one of the following reasons is true:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or processed.
- you withdraw consent if processing is based on consent and there is no further legal reason for processing.
- you object to the processing due to the legitimate interests of the personal data controller.
- personal data was processed unlawfully.
- unless parental consent to the processing of children's personal data is given.
- a legal obligation laid down by Union law or by a Member State.
Right to restriction of processing: you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of personal data if you believe that your personal data is processed in violation of law or in violation of your privacy and personal privacy. We, on your request, will review the situation without undue delay, and in any case within one month at least, we will either restrict the processing process, reject it or extend the deadline if enforcement is complex. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receipt of your request for the outcome of the assessment and of the action we have taken.
Right to data portability: you have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or you have the right to provide your personal information to another administrator of your choice.
The right not to take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects that affect you or have a similarly significant impact on you.
Right of withdrawal: you have the right at any time to simply withdraw the consent given to the processing of personal data if the consent is the legal basis for the relevant processing of personal data.
Right to file a complaint: you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Office, Pvt. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7) if you believe that Unicorn Systems a.s. processes personal data in violation of GDPR,
Right to information on reasonable assurances regarding transmission if personal data were transferred to a non-EU third country or an international organization.
Right to copy processed personal data, including in electronic form.
Right to be notified of a personal data breach if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.
Right to object against the processing of your personal data if the personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest.
